El Director de la OCCRE mediante resolución motivada, deberá declarar que una persona está en situación irregular, impondrá la multa correspondiente y consecuentemente en el mismo acto ordenará que sea devuelta a su último lugar de embarque. El Comando Departamental de Policía garantizará el cumplimiento de esta orden, para cuyo efecto la OCCRE le prestará el concurso que sea necesario.
