Art. 15. Los centros de Inspección pasarán periódicamente informes al Gobierno para que él pueda introducir las innovaciones que sean de su competencia, con arreglo á las leyes y en especial á la Ley 48, artículo 16; y el Gobierno transmitirá dichos informes al Congreso en lo concerniente á reformas legislativas.
