Régimen especial. Para los casos de los países firmantes del Convenio “Andrés Bello”, que el término de la enseñanza secundaria no expiden diplomas o títulos, bastará que el estudiante presente los certificados en que conste que ha cursado todos lo grados que componen el nivel medio, debidamente legalizados.
