Para que pueda efectuarse la reunión será necesario quórum simple de la mitad más uno de los miembros en primera convocatoria. Decreto 2768 de 2002 · por el cual se promulgan los “Estatutos de la Organización Iberoamericana de Seguridad Social”, adoptados por el XI Congreso Iberoamericano de Seguridad Social, celebrado en Punta del Este, Uruguay, del siete (7) al ocho (8) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995).
