Conclusión de la investigación. En un término máximo de sesenta días, contados desde la fecha de apertura de la investigación, el Incomex deberá concluir la investigación y remitir las conclusiones de la misma, así como las recomendaciones a que haya lugar, al Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior.
