El artículo 7º de la Ley 66 de 1982 quedará así:

"Artículo 7º. Recaudos . Los recaudos por la venta de la estampilla estarán a cargo de l a Secretaría de Hacienda Departamental y las tesorerías municipales, de acuerdo a la ordenanza que la reglamenta."
