La utilidad que obtenga el Estado con esta emisión se destinará: a elevar a cinco millones de pesos el capital de la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero; a pagar el crédito a favor de la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros por setecientos mil pesos ($ 700,000) y el saldo del crédito de ochocientos mil pesos ($ 800,000) a favor del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario. El saldo se destinará para obras públicas según distribución que se haga en el presupuesto de ese Ministerio para 1936.
