La administración interna del Instituto en lo relativo al suministro de alimentación, vestuario y manejo de dependencias de la misma (2) puede ser contratada por el Gobierno con una persona o entidad, o encargada a un síndico especial, cuyo sueldo podrá señalar el mismo Gobierno.
