° Las becas nacionales para perfeccionar estudios en el Exterior, autorizadas por la Ley 11 de 1927, se adjudicarán a los estudiantes colombianos que, habiendo terminado estudios en una Facultad Universitaria colombiana, hayan obtenido las mejores calificaciones en los diversos cursos de su respectiva especialización.
