Art. 2. º Los Gobernadores, en cumplimiento de los acuerdos de los Tribunales, pueden declarar en suspenso los artículos 3º del Decreto número 600, de 11 de Diciembre de 1899 (Diario Oficial número 11.175), y 1º, 2º, 3º, y 4º del Decreto número 46, de 24 de Agosto de 1900 ( Diario Oficial número 11.137 ). La declaratoria de los Gobernadores se llevará á efecto con la aprobación previa del Gobierno.
