Artículo único . Autorízase la adhesión de Colombia a la Convención por medio de la cual se crea una Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura, y facúltase al Gobierno para hacer las apropiaciones correspondientes con el objeto de que la República pueda cumplir los compromisos que se derivan de esta adhesión.
