Al artículo 7.º de la Ley 56 de 1890 se le agregará el siguiente inciso:

"Entre los documentos necesarios debe figurar una copia auténtica del plano de la obra que se trata de llevar a cabo y de la localidad, y una copia de la aprobación de la entidad pública respectiva."
