º. La sentencia que decreta la adopción deberá expresar los derechos y obligaciones que contraen adoptante y adoptado; si se tratare de adopción plena, deberá expresar todos los datos necesarios a fin de que la inscripción en el registro civil constituya el acta de nacimiento y reemplace la de origen, la cual quedará sin valor. Al margen de ésta se colocará la expresión, "adopción plena". La sentencia es apelable ante el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, donde intervendrá el Defensor de Menores y, una vez en firma, se inscribirá en el registro civil.
