Dentro de los dos meses siguientes al vencimiento del plazo de suscripción de la primera emisión de acciones con dividendo preferencial y sin derecho de voto, el representante legal de la sociedad emisora convocará una asamblea de los titulares de esta clase de acciones para que determine si elige un representante, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 43 de la Ley 27 de 1990.
