Del plazo. Los interesados tendrán un plazo de tres (3) años, contados a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 05 de 1991 para tramitar ante el Consejo Profesional de Administrador Público, la matrícula correspondiente y obtener la respectiva tarjeta profesional.
