Artículo veintinueve. Servicio de Reembolso Consiste este servicio en que el usuario confía al Correo la entrega a una persona determinadas, de mercaderías u objetos de valor contra el pago de la misma. El Correo debe recibir en dinero efectivo el valor del reembolso al momento de entregar el envío al destinatario, para luego hacerlo llegar al remitente. Pueden ser expedidos contra reembolso los servicios de correspondencia recomendados, las cartas y las cajas con valor declarado y las encomiendas postales con valor declarado.
