Ausencia de participantes . Si la convocatoria no llegare a ser atendida por las partes interesadas en el caso del examen quinquenal que se adelante de oficio, la Dirección de Comercio Exterior ordenará el cierre de la investigación. La ausencia de participantes en las revisiones administrativas por cambio de circunstancias iniciadas de oficio, conllevará al cierre del procedimiento. En este evento, el derecho definitivo y los compromisos de precios se mantendrán sin modificación.
