Modifíquese el primer inciso del artículo 2.41.2.1.8 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así:

“Artículo 2.41.2.1.8 Reporte a los operadores de información financiera. Las entidades que realicen la actividad de financiación colaborativa deberán reportar y actualizar de manera oportuna a los operadores de información financiera de que trata la Ley 1266 de 2008, la información relacionada con el nacimiento, modificación o extinción de obligaciones relacionadas con valores representativos de deuda contraídas por los receptores, incluyendo su monto y los reportes de pago de las mismas”.
