Art. 4.º Las relaciones á que se refiere el articulo 11 de la citada ley 67 de 1877 , por los créditos que se han de reconocer conforme á la presente, se presentarán dentro de los 90 dias siguientes al de la publicacion de esta ley, en la capital del respectivo Estado ó Territorio, y desde esta fecha se contará el término de un año que se concede para entablar todas las reclamaciones que sean motivadas por esta ley. Dichas relaciones se publicarán en el periódico oficial del Estado en que se presenten.
