Destínase la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) moneda corriente, para atender a las gastos de organización y funcionamiento del Congreso a que se refiere el artículo anterior, y cien mil pesos, ($ 100.000.00) más para obras de acondicionamiento de la población de Bahía Solano para la recepción de dicho certamen cívico.
