PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO MEDIANTE CONTRATO CON OTRAS ENTIDADES. Todas las entidades públicas descentralizadas del orden nacional, departamental, distrital y municipal directas o indirectas creadas para el efecto o mediante asociación de municipios o de sistemas asociativos pueden prestar los servicios de salud mediante contratos celebrados para el efecto, con fundaciones o instituciones de utilidad común, corporaciones o asociaciones, sin ánimo de lucro, las entidades de que trata el artículo 22 de la Ley 11 de 1986 del presente Estatuto o, en general, con otras entidades públicas o personas privadas jurídicas o naturales que presten servicios de salud.
