Art 1.° Cédese a la municipalidad de Riohacha el fanal de propiedad nacional situado en aquella ciudad.

Parágrafo

Aceptada esta cesion por la municipalidad de Riohacha, será obligatorio para ella atender al servicio de dicho fanal i en este caso podrá percibir los derechos que se causen en aquel puerto, conforme a las disposiciones de la leí de 7 de junio de 1865, "sobre establecimiento de fanales."
