Aportes voluntarios de los usuarios . Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020, las personas prestadoras de los servicios de acueducto y alcantarillado habilitarán en sus facturas la opción para sus usuarios de aportar recursos en forma voluntaria para financiar las medidas adoptadas en el marco de la Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica, los cuales se destinarán a alimentar los fondos de solidaridad y redistribución de ingresos de estos servicios en cada municipio.
