Art. 4.° Los parques existentes hoy en las ciudades de Pamplona y Ocaña inmediatamente serán concentrados en el de Bucaramanga, para lo cual el Gobernador procederá á celebrar los contratos de trasporte que fueren necesarios, sometiéndolos á anterior aprobación del Ministerio de Guerra. Comuníquese y publíquese.
