ACTUACIÓN DEL VOCERO EN LA AUDIENCIA. Instalado el tribunal de honor, el presidente le hará saber al inculpado el derecho que tiene para designar un vocero, quien puede ser el mismo que venía actuando dentro de la investigación. En caso de que el inculpado no designare al vocero, el presidente lo nombrará de oficio. Acto seguido ordenará dar lectura de la resolución de convocatoria y de aquellas piezas del expediente que solicitaren los integrantes del tribunal.
