º. Plazo para acreditar el capital mínimo. Las sociedades administradoras de inversión actualmente constituidas que registren defectos de capital mínimo al realizar la sumatoria de las cuentas computables, con base en las cifras de los estados financieros cortados al mes anterior a la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto y de conformidad con el artículo 2º del mismo, deberán ajustarse a lo previsto en dicho artículo a más tardar el 30 de junio de 1997.
