Para efectos del registro y control de las novedades de personal y de la actualización en el escalafón, las entidades y organismos, por conducto del Jefe de Personal o de quien haga sus veces, enviarán a las respectivas Comisiones del Servicio Civil, dentro de los cinco (5) primeros días hábiles de cada mes, una relación detallada de las novedades de personal, ocurridas en el mes inmediatamente anterior, de acuerdo con el modelo que para el efecto elabore el Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública.
