Los extranjeros, Licenciados en Ciencias de la Educación, egresados de universidades aprobadas legalmente en sus respectivos países, podrán obtener permiso del Ministerio de Educación para ejercer la docencia, de acuerdo con las leyes colombianas y la reciprocidad internacional.
