Art. 15. En cada Sección se ordenará y custodiará el Archivo correspondiente á los asuntos que cursen en ella, y se formulará la biblioteca especial de las obras que le sean destinadas por el Gobierno para su servicio. Cada tomo debe indicar en la pasta la Sección a que pertenece y debe llevar en su primera hoja el sello del Ministerio. 1º. Ningún Jefe de Sección permitirá sacar libros de la biblioteca de la Sección, pues es responsable de las perdidas que ocurran. 2º. Toda obra nueva que ingrese á la Biblioteca será anotada en el inventario por el Jefe de la Sección. Sección primera.
