autorizase al instituto de crédito territorial para adjudicar por su valor de costo los apartamentos del centro urbano Antonio Nariño, correspondientes a los edificios o bloques a-1, a-3, a-4, a-5, a-6, b-1, b-2, b-3, b-4, b-5, c-4, con todas las anexidades, dependencias, usos, costumbres y servidumbres.

Parágrafo

Para efecto de lo dispuesto en este artículo tendrá prelación los actuales arrendatarios del mismo centro, y la adjudicación se hará de acuerdo con los requisitos exigidos por el mismo instituto para su selección.
