°. Vigencia. El presente decreto entra en vigencia transcurridos quince (15) días calendarios contados a partir del día siguiente al de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y regirá por dos (2) años. Vencido este término, se restablecerán las condiciones previas a la entrada en vigencia de este decreto.
