El aporte para explorar y explotar piedras preciosas y semipreciosas, berilo y glucinio se hará en favor de la Empresa Colombiana de Minas. Este aporte podrá otorgarse aún sobre zonas comprendidas total o parcialmente en áreas que sean objeto de solicitudes, propuestas, adjudicaciones, contratos, permisos o aportes, referentes a otros minerales. En estos casos, la empresa acordará con los correspondientes titulares los sistemas que hagan compatible las explotaciones respectivas.
