º. Los préstamos a largo plazo estarán garantizados con hipoteca de primer grado sobre los inmuebles que se construyan, termine o adquieran. Sin embargo, podrán estar respaldados con hipoteca de segunda grado cuando la suma del crédito hipotecario presidente y del que se va a garantizar con dicha hipoteca sea inferior al ochenta por ciento (80%) del avaluó del inmueble aprobado por la Directiva de la Asociación.
