Art. 25. Cuando se dirija una acción cualquiera contra los bienes o la persona de alguno o algunos que no hayan sido hallados, o que fueren inciertos, después de cerciorarse el juez en competencia para conocer en el negocio, remplazara a los demandados por medio de un edicto que permanecerá fijado en un lugar público del Juzgado o Tribunal por el termino de treinta días.
