ARTICULO 92. NOTIFICACIÓN DEMANDAS. En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones ordinaria, laboral y contencioso administrativa que interesen a la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada exclusiva y personalmente al Director General de la Policía Nacional, quien en dicho acto podrá constituir apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público.
