El que en un buque de la Armada Nacional, en tiempo de guerra tuviere fuego o luces encendidas durante la noche, sin la debida autorización, será sancionado con arresto de tres meses a un año. Si a consecuencia de estos hechos se produjeren graves daños o pérdida de algún buque, la pena será de dos a ocho años de prisión.
