Art. 3.º Desde la fecha de la sanción de esta lei, pueden los establecimientos de instrucción pública hacer imposiciones sobre el Tesoro nacional, en los mismos términos en que actualmente pueden hacerlos los establecimientos de beneficencia i caridad.
