Articulo 1° A partir del 1° de septiembre próximo, quedarán a cargo dé un solo Ingeniero Director, un. Cajero Contador y dos Jefes de cuadrillas, los trabajos de la vía del Noroeste, desde Zipaquirá hasta el límite de Boyacá y Santander, entre Saboyá y Puente Nacional. En consecuencia, quedan suprimidos desde aquella fecha, el Ingeniero y el Jefe dé cuadrillas que actualmente funcionan en la sección de Boyacá, de la expresada vía.
