º. Será editor de Gaceta Judicial el Relator de la Corte Suprema a cuyo cargo corre también la formación de los índices y relaciones de que trata el artículo 6° de la Ley 69 de 1896. Corresponde a los Secretarios de la Corte Suprema suministrar al Relator de ésta las copias, debidamente corregidas, de las sentencias y demás piezas a que debe darse publicidad en la Gaceta . La corrección última de las páginas de la Gaceta corresponde al Relator de la Corte.
