° Sobre los recursos que capten las corporaciones financieras a través de Certificados de Depósito a Término y sobre los que capten las compañías de financiamiento comercial a cualquier título, podrán reconocerse tasas máximas de interés superiores hasta en 1.5 puntos efectivos anuales a las fijadas en el artículo anterior, según el plazo del respectivo instrumento.
