La Nación se asocia a los actos con que la ciudad de Ibagué acuerde conmemorar el IV centenario de su fundación, construyendo en esa ciudad un estadio, un hospital con todos los servicios modernos y un Palacio de Justicia Nacional, debiendo entregar al Municipio el estadio y el hospital una vez construídos.
