Los fondos sin personería Jurídica constituidos para el manejo de cuentas remitirán mensualmente al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público Dirección General del Presupuesto el estado de ingresos y gastos y los informes de caja y bancos a través de las Divisiones Delegadas de Presupuesto, para verificar la correcta ejecución de los recursos.
