°. Objetivo del Plan . El PMIDSN busca fortalecer el acceso a la Red pública de prestadores de servicios de salud, direccionando e integrando estratégicamente decisiones, acciones, y recursos dirigidos a la recuperación, modernización, restauración, ampliación, adecuación, remodelación, reforzamiento y reposición de infraestructura, y adquisición de dotación biomédica, equipamiento fijo, unidades móviles, unidades de transporte, y tecnologías de información y comunicaciones de las sedes de los prestadores públicos de servicios de salud del país, reduciendo las brechas identificadas y respondiendo a las necesidades de los individuos, familias y comunidades en concordancia con su entorno geográfico, social, cultural y económico.
