Art. 9° El mismo día de su recepción el Ministro Diplomático hará, por tarjetas, visita á los funcionarios de que se habla en el artículo 6ª. Estas visitas serán correspondidas por tales empleados el domingo inmediato. Siempre que haya cambio en el personal de alguno de los funcionarios á que se refiere el mismo artículo 6 o , el nuevamente nombrado deberá participar su nombramiento a los miembros del Cuerpo Diplomático.
