Los recursos del Fondo que se destinen a financiar los proyectos y programas de que tratan los numerales b) y c) del artículo 261 de este Decreto, no podrán aplicarse a cubrir directa o indirectamente, gastos ordinarios de funcionamiento de la entidad o persona beneficiaria. En caso de hacerse, CARROCOL podrá dar por terminados de inmediato los plazos de las obligaciones y hará efectivas las garantías que se hubieren establecido en la respectiva operación de financiamiento.
