Autorízase al Gobierno para que haga los gastos que demanden los juicios que tengan que entablar ó que deba sostener en defensa de los intereses de la Nación. La partida necesaria para esos gastos que considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos correspondientes al año fiscal en que se ocasionen.
