UNIDADES ADMINISTRATIVAS ESPECIALES La Biblioteca Nacional y el Museo Nacional de Colombia serán unidades administrativas especiales del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura. También lo será el Instituto Colombiano de Investigaciones Culturales y Antropológicas, que en adelante se denominará Instituto Colombiano de Antropología -ICAN.

Las unidades administrativas especiales a que hace referencia el presente artículo, se organizan sin personería jurídica y para la más adecuada atención de sus programas, tendrán autonomía para el manejo y administración de los bienes y recursos que se les asignen y funcionarán con la planta de personal de Colcultura que les sea señalada.
