Objetivos : Los programas de incentivos deben contribuir al logro de los siguientes objetivos

Crear condiciones favorables para que el desarrollo del trabajo y el desempeño laboral cumplan los objetivos previstos.

Reconocer o premiar los resultados del desempeño con niveles de excelencia.
