Efectividad de la indemnización . La indemnización a que se refiere el artículo 23 de este Decreto, por la disminución de la capacidad permanente parcial de trabajo, será cubierta por la entidad de previsión social a la cual este afiliado el empleado, y en defecto de esta, se pagará por la entidad o empresa empleadora, inmediatamente después que se haga el señalamiento de la incapacidad correspondiente.
