°. Considéranse como maestros en suspenso, aquellos que han obtenido en su ficha un total de puntos comprendido entre 0 a 400.

Parágrafo

Los maestros a que se refiere este artículo podrán ser reemplazados por aspirantes al magisterio que hayan obtenido un mínimum de 400 puntos.
